THe Staff
The students in the Dining Lab are led by seasoned instructors with vast industry knowledge and experience. The faculty are all certified by the American Culinary Federation or certified hospitality educators. The food and service is overseen by the dean for the program, himself a seasoned educator, professional chef and restaurateur. The students, however, are the stars of the show, they are preparing food and serving guests in order to master those skills... all while earning a grade for the class!
